Track My Order
Have you already placed your order and want to know where it is? We’ll explain step by step how to track it and what each order status means.
🚚 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link. You can also check the status at any time by logging into your Farma2Go account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
⏱️ What do my order statuses mean?
Payment accepted / Pending: Your order is being prepared. Shipped: The carrier has collected your package. Delivered: Your order has arrived. If your order shows “Payment accepted” or “Pending”, it means it hasn’t left the warehouse yet.
❓ What if I don’t receive the tracking email?
If you don’t see the tracking email:. Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the email address entered is correct. If you still haven’t received it after 48 working hours, please contact us and we’ll help you.
📦 What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If the carrier cannot deliver the package after two attempts, or if it is not collected from a pickup point within the allowed time, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we’ll refund the products, but shipping and return costs a
